Return And Cancellation Policy

At Valtherix Enterprises, we take pride in delivering top-tier gifts, souvenirs, and curated hampers. We want
you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and cancellation terms carefully
below.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided that production,
customization, or dispatch has not commenced. For custom-branded corporate items or bulk event souvenirs,
cancellations cannot be accepted once material printing or customization has begun.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of customized gifts and perishable hamper items, we operate a strict yet fair return policy:
Eligible Items: Non-customized standard retail items may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are
unused, in their original packaging, and in pristine condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or fundamentally different
from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic proof. We will arrange
a replacement or appropriate remedy.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized souvenirs, personalized memory boxes, and opened food/drink items
in hampers cannot be returned or exchanged unless proven defective on arrival.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your designated Nigerian bank account within 5 to 7
business days following the verification of the returned item.
